I don’t know if many of you know, but I’ve been the Social Media Specialist since April. My main focus when I got hired part time was to help start this incredible (okay, so I guess I’m biased) blog and help run the Chamber’s social media accounts. I have helped the Chamber’s Twitter account gain 280 followers since I began, inspire creativity on Pinterest, jump start an Instagram account, introduce #YoPros to the Twitterverse and much more.
Through a lot of my tasks here and attending the networking events, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful people. You all have helped this Millennial learn so much about the business world and networking and I hope I’ve been able to shed some light onto the social media world for you. This has been one of the most welcoming groups of people I’ve been apart of; I’m really going to miss every one!
I don’t want to lose contact with anyone. So, if you’d like to follow my big adventure, follow my personal Twitter and Instagram accounts! I even started a personal blog about my journey to keep my family and friends in the loop. If you’re interested to see where the mountains are taking me, visit www.laurenakramer.com.
For now, Members, this is see you later. You can’t get rid of me that easily! I’ll be back around Christmas time to wreak some havoc in the Chamber again. But for now…
