2012 – Ambassadors at work for you …
Ambassadors are members of the Chamber that are selected on the basis of their interest, dependability, integrity, energy and communication skills. Ambassadors meet monthly to share concerns and to support members by making goodwill visits so that all members can be aware of the benefits their membership entitles them too, and to encourage participation at our scheduled events. Ambassadors also assist the chamber to make sure scheduled events run smoothly.
We have an incredible group of Ambassadors that have contributed endlessly during the past year to improve our Chamber. Lead by Chairman David Beran and Vice Chair Nancy Mashni, the Ambassadors are ready to engage with your business.

How can YOU become an Ambassador?
We’d love to have you as a guest at our next meeting so you can see if Ambassadorship is right for you. A new Ambassador is welcomed aboard after their 3rd consecutive attended meeting. They are encouraged to buddy with another long term ambassador to make “goodwill” calls and attend ribbon cuttings during their training to allow them an opportunity to get hands on mentoring.
If Ambassadorship appeals to you and your business has been a chamber member over one year with us, call our Ambassador Coordinator Linda Colton at the Chamber office (586) 731-5400 x20 or e-mail lcolton@shrcci.com.
