What is the mission of SHRCCI?

Our Mission has been, and continues to be very simply: To bring features, benefits and value to our members, and each and every day we strive to bring a Return on Investment (ROI) to our members, and to make their Chamber the best in all of Macomb. Our 23 Directors, Ambassadors, BRAG leaders, volunteers at so many levels, along with our staff are deeply committed to this Mission.

Who are the members of SHRCCI?

Our membership consists of approximately 1,675 businesses throughout the region, but businesses from any area are welcome to join our Chamber. While we have many members who are small businesses and Corporations, we have a dynamic group of single proprietor and home-based businesses, as well. If my company is a member of the SHRCCI, does that mean I am a member?

Yes, Chamber membership extends to all employees of the member company. Not sure if your company is a member? Click here to find out! What does Chamber membership cost?

Membership dues vary based on the category of your business along with a small fee for the number of employees within your organization. For information on membership dues, please contact VP Ron Current at (586) 731-5400 ext. 16 or rcurrent@shrcci.com

How long does a company’s membership last?

Membership to the Chamber is annual, and based upon your initial registration date.

Who can join SHRCCI?

Any company with employees interested in strategic networking, advocacy, and becoming more involved in our community can join SHRCCI.

What are the benefits of being a member?

Where is the Chamber located?

What type of programs/services does the Chamber offer?

The Chamber has a multitude of programs and events available exclusively to members as well as events for both members and non-members each year. Our programs provide a platform for our members to gain valuable insight from prominent business and government leaders, exposure to pertinent issues affecting the region’s leading industries, and the opportunity to build a valuable network of strategic alliances and referral partners.

How can I register for an event?

If I am a member of the Chamber, am I allowed to bring a guest to an event?

Yes! You can register guests at the member rate with Chamber approval. Contact the Chamber offices at (586) 731-5400 ext. 10 to learn more.

How can my company offer discount products and services to other Chamber members?

The Chamber offers many marketing opportunities that allow you to promote your services and products to other SRHCCI members and non-members alike. From event sponsorship & marketing opportunities to website banner advertisements, we have marketing programs suited for every type of business. Who should I notify if my company’s main contact changes?

My business covers more than one category. How can I have more than one listing in the directory?

Please call the Chamber offices to discuss your options. You can find our full Member Directory for a listing of businesses and their categories. Contact Sandy Hennessey at (586) 731-5400  ext. 10 or shennessey@shrcci.com to update your category.

There is a problem with my online directory listing. How can I get that corrected?

To update or correct any information in your online directory listing, please contact Sandy Hennessey by e-mailing shennessey@shrcci.com. Also, you can log in and check out our Member Center. From this page, you can update your company information, pay Chamber invoices online, and sign up for various communications on Chamber programs and policy initiatives.

My company is interested in sponsorship. What opportunities are available at the Chamber?

The Sterling Heights Regional Chamber of Commerce & Industry offers members significant business exposure through unique sponsorship and targeted advertising opportunities. With a membership base of 1,675 businesses throughout our region, annual program attendance of thousands of professionals at all levels, and diverse media and communications vehicles that reach thousands of individuals each month, the Chamber can increase your company’s visibility and recognition. Right of first refusal is granted to sponsors and advertisers from the prior year.
